OWS Astroturf Roots

You remember those so-called “grass roots” activists making a political statement by hanging out at Wall Street, disrupting businesses and generally carrying on cranky.
Well, it seems that they have deep roots in our friend ACORN, that’s right, the organization that helps out pimps, has been convicted of of massive vote fraud in multiple states, and deep and long term connections to our Dear Leader, Barack Hussein Obama.
Let us go to the video for the proof.
OWS Protester Defecates on NYPD Vehicle
By way of JammieWearingFool comes this photo that tells you everything you need to know about the so-called “Occupy movement”:
Yup, that is one of the “socially conscious”, open minded and tolerant liberal protesters literally shitting a New York City Police Car.

“OccupyWallStreet is organized agitprop designed to deflect attention from the Obama administration’s failings onto “Wall Street,” although many of the participants don’t understand how they are being used. The Washington Post now is fully aboard Team Obama, doing its best to take down Rick Perry this week, next week someone else. AxelPlouffe messaging is all class warfare all the time, and will be for the next 13 months.”
What is the democrats’ problem with democracy?
It seems that democrats are always trying an end run around democracy and the US Constitution whenever the American people wake up to their far left extremist agenda.
Here are two recent examples:
North Carolina Democratic Gov. Beverly Perdue recommends suspending Congressional elections for the next couple of years. She argues that by taking the “pressure” of re-election off members of Congress will allow them to focus on the economy. This moonbat misses the entire point of holding the entire house and a third of the Senate accountable to the American people every two years! Perhaps she does understand that and is lying in order to promote her party’s extremist agenda. Either one is not good for the American people.
President Obama’s former budget director, Peter Orszag writes in the far left “New Republic” that “we need to counter the gridlock of our political institutions by making them a bit less democratic.” Really? Democrats didn’t mind gridlock when they were the “Party of No”, blocking the agenda of a Republican president. How about a dose of reality in translating Mr. Orszag’s whining…Our Dear Leader‘s far left extremist policies are extremely unpopular with the American people (see the 2010 mid-term elections), so we need to suspend that pesky Constitution thing in order to ram our vision of a socialist utopia down the throats of the people who are going to suffer the most at its enactment.
Expect a MSM/DNC blackout on a democrat Governor calling for the suspension of elections also.

“We’re the country that built the Intercontinental Railroad”
— President Barack Hussein Obama.
This is the guy that democrats keep claiming is the “smartest President evah!” Imagine the uproar if any Republican on the national scene said this? It would be the lead “news” story across the entire DNC/MSM spectrum.
The New York Times recognizes the extreme far left wing bias of MSNBC
By way of Noel Sheppard at Newsbusters comes this clearly obvious bit of “news”:
“MSNBC is less a news provider than a carousel of liberal opinion…”
This is not a surprise to anyone paying attention. Really, the head of MSNBC admitted that he was going to “out Fox Fox”, but from the far extreme left. It was a business decision in order boost their ratings out of dead last in the cable new race.
Kudos to him because it worked. MSNBC is still way, way behind Fox News in the ratings, but has passed CNN.
Quote of the Day
Sir Golfsalot, from his vacation digs there in swanky Martha’s Vineyard, calls out Congress for not enacting his detailed plan to spur the economy? No, really. This is beyond parody.
But it’s pretty transparent, isn’t it? After getting nowhere blaming inanimate objects like corporate jets, ATMs and Japanese earthquakes, little Barack looked around for someone with a worse approval rating than his and settled on “Congress.” So you can expect to see much, much more of this tripe in the coming months.
As Ace has pointed out frequently, though, nobody votes for “Congress.” They only vote for their individual congressmen. So good luck with the Alinsky tactics there, Barry.
Run against Congress all you want, but everybody knows you’re a stuttering clusterfuck of a miserable failure. Since we all can’t live in Paul Ryan’s district, “congress sucks” isn’t exactly a newsflash to most of us, you preening jackass. From right here in MA-4, home of Barney Frank, I enthusiastically agree and look forward to giving both of you the boot in 2012
Reality is clearly not her strong point
The DNC’s so called “spokesperson” Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is still on her long term vacation from reality.
The latest example is her claiming that “We’ve Really Begun To Turn The Economy Around.”
If she means that the democrats have turned the economy around by wedging it even further in the ditch he and the congressional democrats have wedged into with their Keynesian policies, then ya, she could be inhabiting the shared reality of rational adults, but I really don’t think that is the case.
Let’s review a couple of recent indicators of just how the American economy is doing.
Unemployment rose in more than 90 percent of U.S. cities in June
There is also the decrease in demand for manufactured goods, the recent downgrades in the GDP for the past year, and rising inflation.
If you want to spot check this, drive around your local town and see how many empty store fronts and office buildings there are. Are there more or less than there were a year ago? Unless you live in Texas, the answer is probably more.
What is the democrats problem with simple facts?
Clearly, the shared reality of rational adults is not the strong point of democrats.
Case in point, democrat party “spokesperson” Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. Ms. Wasserman-Schultz goes on a hysterical rant accusing the Congressional Republicans, who only control one half of one third of the Federal government, of trying to impose “dictatorship” by means of following the defined Constitutional process.
Let us review who actually desires to impose a “dictatorship” on the American people. President Barack H. Obama recently addressed the far left extremist racist organization “La Rasa” and said the following, “Believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting.”
Let’s review the facts here, the democrats control the White House and the Senate, and are accusing the House Republicans, who only have a simple majority in the House, of trying to impose a “dictatorship.” Sounds more like the democrats are being whiny little bitches now that they can’t shove their far left extremist agenda down the throats of the American people unopposed. The democrats are falling back on their basic argument that anybody who dares to oppose them should “shut up” and let them implement their far left extremist agenda. The problem with this argument is, as our Dear Leader pointed out, Elections Have Consequences. The 2010 elections were a resounding vote against the extremist policies of President Obama and the congressional democrats. Unfortunately for the congressional democrats and our Dear Leader, they have to live in the reality they reject.
