Spot the racist

As it has been noted, a lot of ‘celebrity’ so-called “peace activists” have gone missing.

One of the missing so-called “peace activists”, actor Ed Asner, explains that that really are against our Dear Leader’s Rush to War with Syria, but are not saying anything for fear of being labeled ‘racists.’

Let’s put this in simple terms for Ed and the rest of the Moonbats.   The Minister Farrakhan is taking Barack Hussein Obama to task over basic incompetence.  Cornell West, of Harvard University and former major BHO supporter, has called our Dear Leader a ‘War Criminal’ and stated that if he attacks Syria without Congressional approval, that is grounds for impeachment. The fact that BHO is in completely over his head and is, and has been, completely unqualified for this current position as POTUS, is not a race thing.  It’s an unqualified and incompetent thing.

So all you so-called “progressive liberals” can put on your big boy/girl pants (which ever you prefer), and take a lesson from Momma Moonbat and start protesting in front of the White House again.

A quick look at the jobs report

The Washington Post listed the five worst things about the recent federal jobs report.  They are all pretty bad, but let’s focus on #2

2) The unemployment rate dropped for the worst reason.Unemployment dropped to 7.3 percent in August. Huzzah? Sorry, but no.

There are two reasons the unemployment rate dropped. One is that people get jobs. Huzzah! The other is that people stop looking for jobs, and so they’re no longer counted as technically unemployed. That’s what happened here. The number show 312,000 people dropping out of the labor force. That’ll be revised, but if the truth is anywhere close, it’s horrible.

What Ezra Klein, the author of the article, doesn’t mention, is that this is the norm for the so-called “Obama recovery.” Every time our Dear Leader pivots to place his “laser like” focus on the economy, less Americans have jobs.

Either Barack Obama really isn’t that interested in creating a regulatory environment conductive to economic growth or he is massively incompetent and utterly unqualified for the office he currently holds.

Update: Unemployment for Black Americans under the reign of our Dear Leader jumps to 13%.

Update: The US labor force his Carter era lows.

Just how is that hopey-changey thing workin’ for ya?

Quote of the Day

What I am opposed to is a dumb war. What I am opposed to is a rash war. What I am opposed to is the cynical attempt by Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz Samantha Power and Susan Rice and other armchair, weekend warriors in this administration to shove their own ideological agendas down our throats, irrespective of the costs in lives lost and in hardships borne.

What I am opposed to is the attempt by political hacks like Karl Rove David Axelrod to distract us from a rise in the uninsured, a rise in the poverty rate, a drop in the median income – to distract us from corporate scandals and a stock market that has just gone through the worst month since the Great Depression. That’s what I’m opposed to. A dumb war. A rash war. A war based not on reason but on passion, not on principle but on politics. Now let me be clear – I suffer no illusions about Saddam Hussein Bashar Assad. He is a brutal man. A ruthless man. A man who butchers his own people to secure his own power. He has repeatedly defied UN resolutions, thwarted UN inspection teams, developed chemical and biological weapons, and coveted nuclear capacity. He’s a bad guy. The world, and the Iraqi Syrian people, would be better off without him.

But I also know that Saddam Assad poses no imminent and direct threat to the United States or to his neighbors, that the Iraqi Syrian economy is in shambles, that the Iraqi Syrian military a fraction of its former strength, and that in concert with the international community he can be contained until, in the way of all petty dictators, he falls away into the dustbin of history.

“The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

— Barack Hussein Obama, 2007

Round Up Post

Let’s start the fun with the CDC Study Ordered by our Dear Leader, Barack Hussein Obama, that Contradicts White House Anti-gun Narrative. Don’t expect reality to get in way of their “progressive” political agenda this time either.

BHO’s former Sec. of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton yelled at a congressman in a briefing just after the Benghazi terror attack for calling it a terror attack.  Again, reality didn’t fit the Obama political agenda, so reality had to be denied.

While Barack Hussein Obama tries to spin away his very real scandals by calling them “phony,” Jim O’Sullivan correctly identifies Obama’s so called “economic recovery” as the real phony.

What isn’t “phony” about the Obama economy is “Slow GDP growth, lagging job creation, constricted free markets, ballooning deficits and debt, growing and counterproductive regulation, crippling taxation, and the penalization of small business…”

On the topic of the Obama economy, the CBO reports that our Dear Leader broke a new record, four years of federal deficit over $1 trillion. That is a trillion dollar plus deficit for each of the first four years of his “occupy the White House” golf tour.  The current US debt is $16.9 Trillion and growing.

Forbes reports that the German Green Energy Bluster Running Out Of Wind.  It seems that unreliable wind produced energy can’t compete without massive government subsidies. Combine that with their policy of shutting down carbon neutral nuclear power plants that deliver steady energy at a lower cost than the very expensive wind turbines, and you have rapidly rising energy costs and cold German winter on the way.

No surprise here, but Hillary Rodham Clinton is throwing Tony Weiner under the bus for his sex scandal.  Mentioning her husband’s sex scandals would be in bad taste, so ya, he had a lot of them.  HRC responded to those by attacking the women who dared bring up her husband’s sexual harassment.  Yup, if it wasn’t for double standards, democrats would have no standards.

The New York Times company sells the Boston Globe at a massive loss.

The brand just isn’t worth what it used to be.  Could it be that alternative media has allowed sophisticated news readers a wider range than the what the narrow far left filter of the Boston Globe gave them.

Media Malpractice and the IRS Scandal, Part II

The MSM/DNC really want this to just go away, but this story has legs that just keep going on and on.

Example: Emails reveal Lois Lerner wrongfully used IRS to aid FEC in targeting conservative group in 2009

Michael Graham nails it: It’s Not That He’s Liberal, And It’s Certainly Not That He’s Black. It’s That Obama Just Really Sucks At Being President

The Obama Economy: Where’s that 5% unemployment rate Obama promised by now?

According to the famous Obama Economy chart, unemployment would be at 5.25% by now in the “worst” case of the government doing nothing.

Now we know the actual worst case scenario was the Obama economic plan!

Monday Book Pick: Attack of the 50 Ft. Democrats

Attack of the 50 Ft. Democrats by R.K. Delka

R.K. Delka mixes a few genres in this story. Political satire, B-Movie SciFi Horror flicks, and a good dose of humor. Word of warning, anyone who cried in disappointment when Keith Olbermann was tossed off MSNBC won’t find this funny. People who pay attention to a wider spectrum of news will. While Mr. Delka approached this subject with tongue firmly planted in cheek, aspects of the story struck home with precision accuracy. The majority of the “mainstream” media giving up all pretense of objectivity to become ‘fan boys’ of a President who can’t be trusted to speak without a teleprompter (he messes up words with a silent ‘p’, just like President who said ‘corpsemen’, twice, while giving speech honoring US Navy Corpsmen) is one example. The more subtle one was the 50 ft democrats roaming the nation destroying sections of cities. They don’t need to be 50 feet tall to do that. Just look at Detroit. 50 years ago it was a thriving, vibrant city with one of the highest per capita incomes in the nation. 50 years ago was also the last time a Republican was involved in the city government. 50 years later, large sections of the city lies in ruins, the people are impoverished, almost half the streetlights don’t work, and the city is bankrupt. Attack of the 50 Ft. Democrats is funny, but it is also a warning. Congressional democrats may not actually have the brand of certain billionaire who spends orders of magnitude more money than the Koch brothers, but they are certainly more under the influence of his money than they are the votes of the people they are supposed to represent. So laugh away, but pay attention to the message, which includes this, It Is Not Too Late. Oh, and he set the stage for a sequel. So expect more adventures featuring the former US military fighter pilot turned politician.

Worst President for the Middle Class

By way of Breitbart comes a WSJ article which details economic data that is no surprise for anyone who has been paying attention.

The economy has become more unequal under Obama. “For four and a half years, Mr. Obama has focused his policies on reducing inequality rather than increasing growth,” the Journal notes. “The predictable result has been more inequality and less growth.” The rich have done well; the middle class has struggled.

Middle class incomes have fallen under Obama. The Journal points out that median real household income has fallen by 5%–not just since the start of the recession under George W. Bush, but also since the start of the economy recovery in 2009, for which Obama and the Democrats have often claimed sole credit.

The administration has constantly failed to meet promises of faster growth. Contrary to Obama’s cherry-picked statistics in his recent speech, theJournal reminds readers that the Obama recovery is “one of the weakest on record,” despite repeated rosy projections by the White House and the media of fast growth.

Obama has made entitlements are a drag on the middle class. The Journal focuses on ObamaCare, which has hurt job creation and created uncertainty. It could have also mentioned the failing state of Social Security and Medicare, which Obama has failed to reform, and the future cost of Obama’s staggering debt.

Even Obama’s few pro-growth initiatives are not serious. Despite the Journal‘s early, enthusiastic support for immigration reform as an engine for expansion, the authors of the editorial finally admit: “we’re not sure [Obama] wants even that to pass…he may be setting it up to use as a campaign wedge in 2014.”

How many times has our Dear Leader turned his laser like focus on the economy?  Eight? Nine? More? None of them have been serious or of any useful duration.

Let’s be serious, improving the economy has never been a priority for Barry.  One can even argue that an improved economy would run counter to his goals of fundamentally transforming America.

Based on his actions, not his teleprompter supplied speeches, BHO’s priorities are transferring tax payer money to his political allies, taking lavish tax payer vacations, and playing golf.

President Barack Hussein Obama Creates Two New Food Stamp Recipients for Every Job Created!

Since February of 2009, the first full month of Obama’s presidency, 9.5 million Americans have dropped out of the labor force.  Nearly 90 million Americans are not working today!

That means that 1.3 Americans have dropped out of the labor force for every one job the administration claims to have created.

Good work Barry! That’s a new record for Presidential failure!

The person holding the racist sign at the Pro-Zimmerman rally was, no surprise here, a far left activist.

Proving once again that the so-called “progressive” left are the racists they accuse everyone else of being.

Another example of democrats committing voter fraud. This time it’s Joe “Plugs” Biden’s niece.
