Another example of Obama Astroturf

Local New Hampshire News reports that Team Lightbringer is bussing in so-called “protesters” to “support” ObamaCare. More of the paid ringers hired on Craigslist?
Obama is getting desperate

This is clear from his “speech” at his carefully packed with ringers speech in New Hampshire yesterday.
He told at least two two major whoppers in that attempt to hide the fact that a majority of Americans do understand “ObamaCare” and are very much against it.
The first was the flat out lie about AARP supporting his march to Socialism.
The second was his statement that there would be “no lines” under ObamaCare, which is a crock of shit. Let’s look at the reality of socialized medicine in Canada and England.
Although Canada has a population smaller than California, 830,000 Canadians are currently waiting to be admitted to a hospital or to get treatment, according to a report last month in Investor’s Business Daily. In England, the waiting list is 1.8 million.
Our Dear Leader thinks he can spout any nonsense he wants and no one will check him on it. Well, he’s right in assuming that no one at CNN/MSNBC/CBS/ABC/NY Times will ever bother to fact check the load of crap he is shoveling to the American People.
Professor Reynolds was right
Professor Glenn Reynolds, also known as the Instapundit, made the following correct prediction back on June 7, 2008:
I can think of no better reason to vote against Obama than the prospect of an administration where any criticism of the President is treated as racism.
Once again, he is being proved correct.
By way of Hot Air is this story from Newsbusters, which points out that a MSNBC “reporter” by the name of Carlos Watson put forth his own bizarre theory in which referring to someone as a “Socialist” is now a “code word” for racism.
What a crock of shit!
The reality is that the Socialist agenda of the current resident of the White House and democrat leaders in congress is becoming more and more apparent, and more and more Americans, including centrist swing voters who probably voted for our Dear Leader, are objecting to it strongly.
The left’s response to American citizens voicing their opinions has included, the knee-jerk response of calling them racists, attempting to deny their First Amendment Rights, denoucing their most American of activities as “un-American” and actual physical violence.
Monday Book Pick: Mad Science
Mad Science by Theodore Gray
Mad fun science experiments that hark back to the day when Chemistry sets had real chemicals in them! Great fun in here, and ya, more than a wee bit dangerous at times.
The left’s Astroturf
Filed under: Culture of Corruption, Free Speech, Politics, Tea Party
Far hard left extremist democrats like Nancy Pelosi and Barbra Boxer are accusing the American Citizens who are questioning our Dear Leader‘s plan for socializing our medical system of being organized “Astroturf” instead of being the legitimate grassroots movement it is. This is hardly surprising, since it’s the only way they can get people to “protests” who support their platform.
Let’s review the facts of the matter. Take a look at the folks who show up to oppose socializing our medical system. They are dressed like ordinary people, they are carrying homemade signs, and they probably took time off from work, i.e. not getting paid, in order to ask simple questions of their elected representatives.
Now compare these to the so-called “protesters” who show up to support the left’s march to Socialism. Denver photojournalist El Marco points out that those “protesters” “had to be coached by professional organizers — including several day laborers who didn’t speak English and couldn’t tell what the signs they were holding read.”
How did the left get those “protesters?” It’s simple, they paid them. Really. Check out these ads on Craigs List. In addition to the paid “protesters”, the left brought out their ACORN aggitators and Union thugs. The staffers running democrat “town hall” meetings are denying access to taxpaying citizens while flooding the room with their ringers. If voting tax payers do manage to get in, they are then physically attacked by leftist Union thugs and professional aggitators.
Of course, the usual suspects are ignoring the truth and simple facts and spreading lies.
Update: George Soros pours another $5 Million into leftist Astroturn.

Friday B-Movie Pick: Bubba Ho-Tep
Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis star in this remarkably good indie film that features the residents of a senior home battling ancient evil from the Egyptian sands. Bruce Campbell plays an old Elvis Presley impersonator, who just might be the King himself!
Ya, I know, I missed last week, so a dose of Bruce Campbell should even things up!
Quote of the Day
Questioning Barack Obama Is The Highest Form of Patriotism.
GUILTY! GUILTY! GUILTY!
Excuse me, channeling Gary Trudeu there for a minute.
I’m better now.
You remember former democrat Congressman William “Cold Cash” Jefferson, who was voted out of office while fighting the charges that he took $100,000 in cash bribes.
The Justice Department’s case against him included the person who gave him the $100,000 in cash testifing that it was for a bribe and then finding $90,000 hidden in frozen food boxes in Jefferson’s home freezer.
Of course William “Cold Cash” Jefferson was defended as “innocent” by the democrat s0-called “leadership” including Nancy Pelosi.
Well, Congression Jefferson has had his day in court and “federal jury convicted a former U.S. congressman Wednesday of taking bribes on 11 of 16 counts in a case in which agents found $90,000 in his freezer.”
Former Rep. William Jefferson, a Democrat who had represented parts of New Orleans, was accused of accepting more than $400,000 in bribes and seeking millions more in exchange for brokering business deals in Africa.
It took jurors five days to reach a decision after an eight-week trial.
Star Trek Nerd Punditry
I never was much of a Star Trek:Voyager fan. Just didn’t like it. Janeway was cool, because she was seriously hardcore, but the rest of cast/crew just never passed passed cardboard cutout stage.
I finally saw the final episode of ST:Voyager, it was in the “Best of Time Travel” set. If that was the best they could do, then the entire series was set on Lame. Except for Janeway, who was still hardcore.
The third season of Enterprise had better episodes, including several multiple episode arcs, that were much, much better than that epic fail of a series final episode the Voyager cast and crew foisted on their much abused fans.
