{"id":817,"date":"2009-08-12T22:34:53","date_gmt":"2009-08-13T02:34:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.urbin.net\/blog\/?p=817"},"modified":"2009-08-12T22:34:53","modified_gmt":"2009-08-13T02:34:53","slug":"obama-is-getting-desperate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urbin.net\/blog\/politics\/obama-is-getting-desperate\/","title":{"rendered":"Obama is getting desperate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is clear from his &#8220;speech&#8221; at his <a href=\"http:\/\/michellemalkin.com\/2009\/08\/12\/the-illustrated-guide-to-obamacare-human-props\/\">carefully packed with ringers<\/a> speech in New Hampshire yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>He told at least two two major whoppers in that attempt to hide the fact that a majority of Americans do understand &#8220;ObamaCare&#8221; and are very much against it.<\/p>\n<p>The first was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/2009\/08\/12\/obama-claim-aarp-endorsement-inaccurate\/\">the flat out lie about AARP supporting his march to<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbin.net\/blog\/?p=811\">Socialism<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The second was his statement that there would be &#8220;no lines&#8221; under ObamaCare, which is a crock of shit. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052970204251404574342170072865070.html#articleTabs%3Darticle\">Let&#8217;s look at the reality of socialized medicine in Canada and England<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Although Canada has a population smaller than California, 830,000 Canadians are currently waiting to be admitted to a hospital or to get treatment, according to a report last month in Investor\u2019s Business Daily. In England, the waiting list is 1.8 million.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Our <em>Dear Leader<\/em> thinks he can spout any nonsense he wants and no one will check him on it.
