RWS has a list<\/a> of actual items from our Dear Leader<\/em>‘s so-called<\/em> “Health Care” bill that he probably doesn’t want the majority of the American People to know about until it is too late. Here are some of the worst ones.<\/p>\n

Pg 22 of the Health Care Bill MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self-insure.<\/p>\n

Pg 30 Sec 123- THERE WILL BE A GOVT COMMITTEE that decides what treatments\/benefits you get.<\/p>\n

Pg 42 – The \u201cHealth Choices Commissioner\u201d will choose your Heathcare Benefits for you. You have no choice.<\/p>\n

PG 50 Section 152- Heathcare will be provided to ALL non-US citizens, illegal or otherwise.<\/p>\n

Pg 53- Severability (KEY GEM)<\/p>\n

\u201cIf any provision of the Act, or any application of such provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of the provisions of this Act and the application of the provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pg 58 – Govt will have real-time access to individual\u2019s finances & a National ID Healthcard will be issued.<\/p>\n

Pg 59 lines 21-24- Govt will have direct access to your bank accounts for electronic funds transfer.<\/p>\n

pg 124 lines 24-25 No company can sue GOVT on price fixing. No \u201cjudicial review\u201d against Govt Monopoly.<\/p>\n

pg 127 Lines 1-16- RE: Doctors- The Govt will tell YOU what you can make.<\/p>\n

Pg 145 Line 15-17 An Employer MUST auto-enroll employees into public option plan. NO CHOICE<\/p>\n

Pg 126 Lines 22-25 Employers MUST pay for Healthcare for part time employees AND their families.<\/p>\n

Pg 149 Lines 16-24 ANY Employer with payroll $400k & above who doesn\u2019t provide public option pays 8% tax on all payroll.<\/p>\n

PG 150 Lines 9-13- Businesses with payroll between 251k & 400k who doesn\u2019t provide public option pays 2-6% tax on all payroll<\/p>\n

Pg 167 Lines 18-23 ANY individual who doesn\u2019t have acceptable Healthcare according to Govt will be taxed 2.5% of income.<\/p>\n

Pg 170 Lines 1-3 Any NONRESIDENT Alien is EXEMPT from individual taxes. (Americans will pay)<\/p>\n

Pg 195 -Officers & employees of Heathcare Admin (GOVT) will have access to ALL Americans financial\/personal records.<\/p>\n

PG 203 Line 14-15- \u201cThe tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax.\u201d Yes, it actually says that.<\/p>\n

425 the Federal Government will require EVERYONE who is on Social Security to undergo a counseling session every 5 years with “end of life counseling.”<\/p>\n

Pg 425 Lines 17-19: Govt will instruct & consult regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney. Mandatory!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
