If his ruling stands it would void the 2,700 page, $938 billion health reform bill passed last year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u201cBecause the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t the first <a href=\"http:\/\/michellemalkin.com\/2010\/12\/13\/judge-to-obamacare-architects-ahem-meet-the-constitution-power-grabbers\/\">ruling against Obamacare<\/a>.
